Our Chief Development Officer Rodney Ee was invited by HSBC to take part in a panel discussion “Air Transport Panel – Lessons Learnt and The Way Forward” with Stephen Hogan (Vice President Regional Treasury Asia Pacific, Deutsche Post DHL) and Alvin Yeo (Senior Products Manager, Global Payment Solutions, HSBC Singapore) with Clarice Kwa (Senior Sales Manager, Global Payment Solutions, HSBC Singapore) as the moderator.

The panel is part of HSBC’s event “Capitalising Digital Payments: Growth Strategies For The Air Transport Industry”. Rodney spoke about how we integrated digital payments using our ALEX.world portal instead of cheques and other forms of manual payments. He also took the opportunity to introduce the netting platform that we are building to simplify cross border payments for our overseas partners. Through digitalisation, we have made our business processes more efficient, and we are looking forward to enhancing the ALEX.world platform even further to better serve our customers’ needs.
